In addition to weekly classes, we offer 1-2-1 personal training (at home, on the common, circuits, pilates). Adhoc / regular sports massage appointments. All private (1-2-1) clients can top-up on their exercise by dipping in and out of weekly online core & floor classes. Plus, we have a library of video recordings at our fingertips.
