About me

I am a PERSONAL trainer, biomechanics coach, sports massage therapist and specialise in ante and postnatal training.

After 8 years working in the City I decided on a complete lifestyle change. I trained as a personal trainer in Brisbane, Australia in 2001. I left the City early 2005 to concentrate and further my studies – the open-ended question what makes the body work. I continue to learn and try understand how everything in the “bodylinx”.

I pride myself in working with you my client to achieve your personal goals. Give yourself (and me) 6 weeks! It is important to set yourself YOUR own personal goals. Our sessions will be tailored according to YOUR body, YOUR fitness and YOUR availability. It is my job to link YOUR goals to each session by setting micro goals to reach your destination.

I have always loved sports and am an active person; but I didn’t start my career in the fitness industry. After working in the City for 8 years I decided in 2005 on a complete lifestyle change. Building on an earlier qualification as a personal trainer I decided to turn my fascination with what makes the body work into a career and qualified as a biomechanics coach, sports massage therapist and metabolic profile assessor. I also have specialist qualifications in ante and postnatal training. Sports science moves quickly and so I am continually working to absorb new research into how the “Bodylinx”. I was a manager of a bespoke personal training studio in Wimbledon Village for 5 years, before leaving to focus on developing my own training system with Bodylinx.

I find exercise and activity helps focus my mind and revitalise my day! With a background of working in the City I understand the daily stresses of life and over-commitments – demands in the workplace, family life, personal sacrifices we make.
